How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, local orders arrive within 5–7 business days, while international deliveries may take 10–20 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number with a link. You can also log in to your Mactica account and check your order status under “My Orders.”

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately at support@mactica.com. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll correct the address. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.
